Tours 4 ltd, is a tour operator specialising in group travel. We have a team of dedicated group travel managers in our offices in Oxford and Manchester. Financial security
Did you know that if you organise a group tour, sports tour or even just an overnight stay, you must comply with all current travel regulations or the EC Package Travel Regulations. Tours 4 ltd is a group travel operator that complies fully with all of these regulations and actually exceed the standard set for tour operators. We do not have expensive bonds that cause us to put our prices up because all money that is paid to Tours 4 is insured. We hold tour operator liability insurance, public liability insurance and offer a range of personalised travel insurance options to suit every tour.
The flight bookings we make are ATOL protected except where your payment is made direct to airlines. Tours 4 ltd is a retail agent for STA Travel ATOL number 3206. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom . Visit www.atol.org.uk for more information.
 In accordance with the package travel, package tours regulations 1992 all passengers booking with Tours 4 ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequesntly the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Tours 4 ltd. A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate at the time of booking. This insurance is arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through IGI Insurance Company Ltd.
Travel Insurance
Here at Tours 4 we prefer that every group or sports team who tours with us has arranged full travel insurance. We have chosen to work with Endsleigh to insure all of our tourists. Having worked with many groups, arranging insurance for their tours we found that Endsleigh offer the best value for money and excellent levels of customer service when you need it most.
