"We were very impressed with all the organisation and service especially as you stepped in to pick up the pieces when our previous company ceased trading a year before we were due to go on the trip. Being able to match the price from the previous company was very important as it meant that we did not have to burden the parents with an increase in cost so near to the tour departing.

The accommodation was perfect for the tour. We had the hotel practically to ourselves and it was ideal compared to other locations nearby. The breakfasts were just what the boys needed. It was also situated away from the attractions on the south coast which was important. All the transfers were carried out efficiently with the transport being there on time (early) with the drivers being very friendly. Matches were well organised and to the correct level for our teams. You liaised continuously with us and was able to find new locations for training and new opposition for one match when it was required.

The attractions that we took in were the Island Jeep Safari, a trip to Oistins, an evening meal at Marshall's Bar, a Catamaran Cruise and a trip to The Kensington Oval. The boys loved them all. The Jeep safari was superb as we travelled around the island on a Saturday so the boys saw a great deal of local cricket being played as well as seeing the real Barbados. The trip to Oistins was an eye-opener for them as they sampled local cuisine and culture in huge quantities. Marshall's Bar was interesting with all the heritage of West Indian cricket plastered over the walls. The Catamaran Cruise was a taste of the highlife that the boys will never forge, especially mooring off Sandy Lane. The visit to the newly revamped Kensington Oval was excellent.

We would definitely consider using Tours 4 again as we felt it was the best organised tour we had experienced by some distance. The fact that we had two ground agents, with us all the time meant that we did not have to worry about anything. One stayed in the hotel with us which meant that we had instant access to his wealth of local knowledge. We have never had such good service from the local agent whilst on tour and we have been lucky enough to have been on a few! In this respect you put all your competitors in the shade.

It has to be said that not much could have been improved upon whilst we were in Barbados. The planning stage was easy with information being freely forthcoming and changes being accommodated without fuss. You listened to what we wanted and made it happen without trying to persuade us to do something that we did not want to do (something that some of you competitors were guilty of doing). Your advice was also very helpful. The price was very competitive being cheaper than all many bigger companies. We would definitely look to you in the future to see if you could help us on our next tour."

Thanks for all your work on our tour, everybody had a quality time. The hostel was in a perfect location and the two reps out there were really friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately our 1sts lost the game 3-2 and the 2nds 4(5)-4(3)p; although this reflects on how well you guys did in organizing two fixtures that were evenly matched. The teams that we played were very friendly too and looked after us well whilst we were there and we were also impressed with the quality of the ground.

"On the subject of our Amsterdam tour, thank you so much for all your help. We all had a fantastic time. The bar in the hotel was good and the nightclub next door very handy indeed. It is also very central. Perfect for a big group of a mixed age with pleanty of bars and restaurants close by. As for the football, Saturday's friendlys were perfect, the club we played at loved us and have invited us back so that was good. On Sunday, the tournament was as cracking as usual. Even with all the rain, the pitches were in great condition. They entertained us all day and into the evening. We always have a great time there and would suggest that you send other Amsterdam touring teams there too. Once again thank you for all your efforts and I'm sure we'll be back again at some stage for another tour. It might even be one of those ice-cricket tours that you were telling me about! I will pass on details of those to our Cricket commitee.

'I should like to start off by saying I would recommend Tours4 to anybody. From the time we were looking into organising our tour to Portugal, they have been nothing but helpful. Even when I needed to make amendments to the tour through people dropping out,  nothing has been too much trouble for them. With regards to the tour itself; everything ran like clockwork. The coach met us at Faro Airport on time and our hotel rooms were ready for us when we arrived. I should add that the hotel was absolutely stunning and we made the most of the outdoor pool and the beach which is only 10 minutes walk away. Tours4 arranged transport to and from our game against a local rugby club and when we requested (on the day) that the coach pick us up an hour later than planned, within minutes, our request was sorted. On our return to Faro Airport our coach was ready and waiting for us. From an organisational point of view we could not have wished for anything better and I am already in talks with Tours4 to arrange next year's tour. In the last couple of days I have asked the people who went on this tour to rate it. The average score was 9 out of 10, which considering it was attended by 36 people, is a fantastic thumbs up for Tours4'

"We are just writing to thank you for the Team Building event you organised for us. It only took a few emails and the entire afternoon was all taken care of. The coach arrived bang on time, we were greeted with Bacon Butties and embarked on an afternoon of Quad Biking! We were all provided with clothing, helmets and even go-faster goggles! Then we were off - on a 5 mile trail through, fields, streams and  woodland. The instructors were great, professional but relaxed! The quad bikes were good and could reach 40mph on open fields! Then we were taken to the race track, where we completed time trials and races. We were taken back to the Lodge for a superb BBQ, the staff were really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It was a great day out and I would definitely do it again. All I can say is we will be using Tours 4 again, the service was seamless and everyone's needs were catered for.

Having organised socials for the past 3 years as a Social Secretary at a halls of residence at Loughborough University, I know how much of an effort they are: incredibly time consuming aswell as leaving a huge dent in my phone bill! "If anyone is thinking of booking a trip to watch a sporting event I would recommend Tours 4 for the experience. There was no hassle involved from our end - you delivered exactly what was promised. All we had to worry about was turning up at the pick up point and everything else was catered for. One of their representatives also came with us which gave the trip that personal touch and made sure that if there were any problems they could be dealt with there and then. We were provided with good tickets, excellent transport, and even a sandwich and drink on route. All we had to worry about was making sure we weren't too drunk to be able to enjoy the game! We booked our annual rugby tour for Toc H Rugby Club in Lancashire throught Tours 4 Sport and when we realised they could look after our accommodation request for our smaller group trip to Tenerife, it was another weight off our mind. Within an hour they had offered several accommodation options for us, and the rates were the cheapest we could find anywhere else. Our hotel was on the beach and 2mins walk from night life, 4* standard with nice duplex studio appartment for 3 (would have slept 4 comfortably) great value for money and half board although we never quite made it to breakfast and used to eat out in the evening!  well recommended.
